Travel Health & Immunizations Services

We provide immunization services against many infectious diseases to help keep the traveler healthy and others in the community safe upon their return. Are your traveling out of the country?  We offer FREE initial consultations at our Travel Health Clinic.   Our Travel Health & Immunizations Clinic is certified by the Georgia Department of Public Health to dispense and administer the yellow fever vaccine (YF-Vax) with the International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis as approved by The World Health Organization.  We offer everything from a full comprehensive consultation about your destination, food and water treatment and insect repellent selection to simply getting your immunizations.  We recommend talking to one of our travel health pharmacist at least 6 weeks before you travel.  After the FREE initial consultation, there is a $25.00 fee for the development of a comprehensive individualized plan and coordination with your physician.  However, that fee is waived (credit given toward vaccinations) if vaccination services are received at Village Drug Shop.  The only real cost to you is the medication or vaccine.
